1. Our approach

We collect the minimum we need to answer you, create your service and keep our records straight. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into our forms, plus basic technical data:

• Trial requests: name, e-mail, WhatsApp or phone number, device type, application name, MAC address if you use a MAG box, and any note you add.
• Orders: name, e-mail, WhatsApp number, device, chosen plan, order reference and any note.
• Reseller inquiries: name, business name, country, e-mail, WhatsApp number, expected number of customers and any note.
• Contact messages: name, e-mail, optional phone number, subject and message.
• Technical data: IP address and browser user-agent, recorded with each submission to help us prevent spam and abuse.

We do not collect credit-card numbers, banking passwords or government identification through this website. Interac e-Transfer happens entirely inside your own bank.

3. Why we collect it

• To review and answer your trial request, order or inquiry.
• To create and support your subscription on the device you told us about.
• To match your Interac e-Transfer to the right order.
• To keep basic business records and to protect our forms from automated abuse.

4. Cookies and analytics

This website uses a functional session cookie that keeps your form data safe from cross-site request forgery and, for administrators, keeps them signed in. It is required for the site to work and cannot be switched off.

There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking on this site.

5. Third parties

A small number of parties may see limited data as part of delivering the service:

• Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
• Our streaming platform provider, which receives only what is needed to create a line — for MAG and Stalker customers this includes the MAC address you gave us.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

6. How long we keep it

• Trial requests: up to 12 months from the date of the request.
• Orders and payment records: as long as required for business and tax record-keeping.
• Reseller inquiries: up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
• Contact messages: up to 12 months.

7. Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Administrator passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in readable form. Database access is restricted, forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and every database query uses prepared statements. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect what you give us.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@dinoiptv.ca from the e-mail address you used with us, or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (438) 230-2570. We will respond within a reasonable period. Note that we may need to keep certain payment records to meet legal obligations.

9. Children

This service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority in their province or territory.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new revision date.
